Windmill Hill Lodge, C1875 was built by the Green family and is located among some of Launceston's most gracious and stately properties in a National Trust Classified precinct.
The property was originally called ‘Windarra’and was a private home until 1939. Since then it has been accommodation in several forms including a ladies boarding house and a convalescent home.
It has been furnished in Victorian period style and walking through the grand old front door into the hallway is like stepping back in time.
