22 Murphy is a spacious house: 3 bedrooms, a study, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas - so it accommodates 9 or more people easily. But the clever floor plan and efficient use of space means that it is also perfect for couples who want to get away, have their own space to relax in at times, but not feel worlds apart.
The decor is simple, elegant black and white. It is like a luxury 5 star hotel with a traditional country feel.
Two living areas means you can spread out, relax, have time for yourself, or relegate the kids to the other room.
Sit back, relax and watch the world go by from the elevated veranda. Coffee, the paper, wine or a good book (or all of the above!) accompany this special place perfectly.
Speaking of good books, a selection of the Angus & Robertson top 100 books are available for you to also enjoy while you stay at 22 Murphy.
22 Murphy has double access. Great for groups with several cars, or people with boats. It also has a large shed. Sorry, but 22 Murphy St has a no pets policy.
Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
Cancellations received at any time will incur a $27.50 administration fee from the Bendigo Visitor Centre.
22 Murphy will charge an administration fee of $25.00 for all cancellations.
Cancellations received 48 hours prior to arrival no refund will be available.
Security Bond: Credit card details are required at check in.
