In a beautiful escarpment in the Pyrenees Range, bottles of aged Sparkling Vintage Cider are created, having a lively sparkle, the clean taste of Pink Lady apple, together with a complex finish, with some residual sweetness. Gwynnyth Vineyards also produce an oaked Chenin Blanc, similar to the great Vouvray wines, which makes an ideal accompaniment to rich fish dishes or soft-ripened cheeses. The aged Cabernets, although only of moderate alcoholic content, are long-lived and complex wines, ideally suited to accompany flavoursome roast meats or aged cheeses. A wood-aged Tawny Plum Port, a fantastic sipping wine, to accompany such dishes as caramel custard, creme brulée or fruit salads, as well as, cheese platters and coffee, completes their wine range.
